Registration Fee: 19,500.00 Baht / Person. Certification Issue By: 3M Safety Training Center Thailand. Certification Validity Period: Statement of Attainment valid for 2 years from date of issue. Training Location: 3M Safety Training Center Thailand /or Onsite. Overview: This course has been designed to meet or exceed the basic requirement for Inspector/Installer Level (Competent Inspector and Competent Installer), as stipulated guidelines by ANSI Z359.2 and OSHA 1926.503. This course is aimed at delivering the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to develop student be a competence and work safely in their working at height environment. This course has been contextualized to address the fall hazard and the important of fall protection equipment used in working at height activities. Target Audience: Any and all personnel at a Supervisor Level, Safety Officer, Specialist, Engineer or above, whose responsibilities include working at height, inspecting and installing (pre-engineering system) fall protection equipment. Student Prerequisites:  Students should be physically fit and able to participate in moderately strenuous practical activities.  Students shall be following Drug / Alcohol Policy.  Students don’t wear any short trouser and sandal to Training Center.  Student shall prepare and wear Safety Shoes for Training. Document Prerequisite for Training:  Medical Checkup Document.  Copy ID Card /or Passport. Learning Objectives:  Understand in legislative requirements, roles and responsibilities for working at height and fall protection. • Understand differentiate between pre use inspection and competent inspection. • Understand and be able to define criteria for the scheduling of fall protection equipment inspection, post inspection action, fall protection equipment storage and preventative maintenance. • Understand and be able to inspection of synthetic anchorage connectors & steel anchorage connectors. • Understand and be able to inspection of full body harness & shock absorbing lanyard. • Understand and be able to inspection of self-retracting lifeline (SRL). • Understand and be able to inspection of an escape device. • Understand and be able to inspection and installation of a horizontal lifeline system (pre-engineering system). • Understand and be able to inspection and installation of a vertical lifeline system (pre-engineering system). • Understand and be able to record and report fall protection equipment inspection results. 2 3M STC-WAH-II-TCO (Version 00) Note #1: This cost is included as the following items below, when conduct training at 3M Safety Training Center Thailand:  Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the Number of Student in Class will be supported during Practical Training such as Safety Helmet, Safety Glasses, Coverall and Gloves.  Meal Provided with Lunch and 2 Coffee breaks per Day.  All Training Material & Equipment are used for theory and practical activity. Note #2: Customer shall provide equipment & material as detail in the listed below for The Onsite Training:  Training Classroom for Number of Students, Projector & Screen.  Whiteboard or Flipchart and Pens.  Structure for practical activity.  Fall Arrest System Equipment (Full Body Harness & Twin Lanyard) for Number of Student in Class and any training equipment are concerned as Training Provider’s information.  Basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Number of Student in Class will be supported during Practical Training such as Safety Helmet, Safety Glasses, Coverall and Gloves.  Meal Provided with Lunch and 2 Coffee breaks per Day
